Two people were killed at a pop-up car rally in Wildwood

Chaos in Wildwood over the weekend turned deadly, after a pop-up car rally drew more than 500 vehicles and spiraled out of control. A 37-year-old man is charged with the deaths of two people as a result of a car crash during the rally. Sen. Mike Testa (R-Cape May) is calling for a plan that helps towns respond to massive pop-up parties.
