On November 8, 2016, Montanans will be deciding four citizen-proposed ballot measures.
This election year, voters will decide 4 citizen-proposed initiatives. CI-116 is a constitutional initiative to ensure crime victims' rights are protected by law. I-177 would prohibit the use of animal traps and snares on public lands with certain exceptions. I-181 would promote research into therapies and cures for brain diseases and injuries. I-182 seeks to expand access to medical marijuana.
