The aim is to strengthen ties between the cities

In Paterson on Monday, Mayor Andre Sayegh signed a sister city agreement with Mayor Issa Kassis of Ramallah, Palestine. The agreement is aimed at strengthening relations between the cities as they work to achieve similar cultural, social and economic goals. "...we have the potential to create endless opportunities by building on our respective strength and expertise," said Kassis.
