Increase in opioid overdoses is being attributed to fentanyl

Despite efforts over the last several years, the opioid epidemic continues to claim the lives of so many here in NJ. Hospitals are seeing increases in people coming in overdosing more than ever before. Experts say the state needs to put more money behind treatments like Naloxone, and other harm reduction services. NJ's senators announced nearly $67 million in federal funding.
