Jay Gilbertson Plays a 1964 Fender Stratocaster
Clip: Special | 6m 39sVideo has Closed Captions
Shown here: Jay Gilbertson playing live with another of his Stratocasters
Jay Gilbertson knew from a young age that he wanted to be a musician and by his '20s, he'd earned enough money playing to buy 1964 Fender Stratocaster. The '64 is considered by some to be the last of the old-school Strats. In this video, Gilbertson plays a couple of different styles of music and performs with The Dispensers, a Yankton band that includes Kelly Lehr on bass and Tom Zoss on drums.
