Lawmakers are considering a bill to create Montana Standard time and exempt the state from observing daylight saving time. Sen. Ryan Osmundson says constituents from both sides of the aisle have expressed their dislike for the semiannual time change. But opponents warn about how one less hour of daylight half the year could negatively impact the state's tourism industry and school sports programs
